Health Promotion & Community Education
Program Description
Our program provides HIV prevention, education and support to those living with/affected by/at-risk for HIV/AIDS in the Peel Region. We also work to build capacity with community partners and service providers to increase outreach to targeted populations who may otherwise not associate with the Peel HIV/AIDS Network. Further, we maintain a Speakers Bureau network, training volunteers and PHAs to present workshops and their lived experiences with HIV to the Peel community.
